　　校新闻网讯（保卫处供稿）2019年10月1日，中华人民共和国成立70周年庆典在天安门广场盛大举行，我校承担了“人类命运共同体”“立德树人”方阵游行、广场合唱和志愿者服务等四项任务。7月份以来，保卫处科学统筹、严密组织，增强巡逻力量、加强管理力度，圆满完成了国庆游行方阵相关的安全警卫、车辆协调、活动保障等工作，切实维护了国庆期间校园的安全稳定。

　　On October 1^st, 2019, the 70^th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China was observed with a series of ceremonial events. Students and faculties from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) involved in 2 different floats, choir, and volunteer groups during this anniversary. These two floats are named as “Community with a Shared Future for Mankind” and “Foster Integrity and Prompt Rounded Development of People”. National Day is an important holiday in China’s political calendar, in order to keep campus security in control, UIBE’s Security Department imposed an extensive security crackdown around the campus and during the parade practice since July. In response to the anniversary, staff from UIBE’s Security Department has increased the number of security guards, coordinated vehicles, enhanced safety features, and etc., and the security work for National Day around campus was completed successfully.

　　从7月中旬到10月初，保卫处先后组织实施交通管制5次、出动校安保人员200余人次，累计为数万人次提供各类服务保障，圆满完成我校国庆方阵在校内训练时的安全警卫、外出训练乘车的车辆协调以及各项配套活动相关的服务保障工作。组织召开校安全稳定会议3次、校园交通管理和快递管理座谈会2次，与北京市公安局联合举办了高校主题安全宣传活动，针对2019级新生先后开展了研究生国家安全教育专题讲座和新生安全教育讲座，联合有关部门组织开展了实验室安全专项暨“国庆”前校园安全大检查。

　　From the middle of July to the beginning of October, the Department of Security implemented traffic controls five times, dispatched over 200 security personnel and provided various types of service for over thousands of people during rehearsals. Before the 70^th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the Department of Security held campus security meetings over 3 times, campus traffic management seminar and package delivery management seminar twice. For the purpose of campus safety before the anniversary, the Department of Security also held the “Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau in University” event and “Annual Safety Education” seminar. Besides, inspections for laboratory safety was also jointly organized by different departments of UIBE. The safety and security work on campus has been successfully completed.

　　9月30日，保卫处召开国庆期间安全工作专题布置会，传达了上级文件通知和校安全稳定会议精神，组织梳理问题隐患、分析讨论对策、完善方案预案，进一步统一思想、加强工作落实。处全体人员积极参加国庆各项保障工作，参与率达百分之百。从10月1日凌晨开始，保卫处全员上岗、连续奋战，直接参与国庆群众游行工作人数比例达百分之四十，其中2人代表保卫处作为“人类命运共同体”方阵骨干在天安门广场接受检阅、2人负责国庆方阵集结疏散工作、2人负责国庆方阵后勤保障工作，圆满完成国庆当天游行及所有活动人员从出征到载誉归来的各项相关保障工作。

　　On September 30^th, 2019, the Department of Security convened a meeting on campus security for the national holiday. During the meeting, the director and deputy directors conveyed the spirit of campus security meetings from the senior competent authority, implemented security emergency guidelines, coordinated emergency activities, and decided response actions. All personnel actively participated in campus security work during the holiday. Since midnight on Tuesday, October 1^st, 2019, all staff members participated in the security work for the national holiday, 40% of the faculties （6 people）directly involved in the mass pageant. Two of them represented the Department of Security and joined the “Community with a Shared Future for Mankind” float team; the other four faculties were in charge of evaluation work and logistic support.

　　国庆假期期间，保卫处在平时24小时值班制度的基础上，实行处领导带班、多名老师备勤，并与市公安局和属地派出所保持密切联系，加强校门管理力度，增强校园内消防和治安巡逻力量，全面强化校园防护，确保了“国庆”期间学校的安全稳定。

　　During the national holiday week, while the 24/7 security program was being implemented for real-time communication, department leaders with other faculties also on duty to have close communication with the local police force to promote campus security.

　　后续，保卫处将继续认真贯彻落实各级要求，深入排查治理校园安全隐患，扎实推进深化“平安校园”建设，不忘初心、牢记使命，坚持各项工作精精益求精，确保校园安全万万无一失。

　　The Department of Security will continue to fully implement the policies and requirements from the senior competent authority. Last but not least, the department will also make solid progress on the “safe campus” goal, remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind.
